Attaches to face with two 15"" ribbon like black straps which tie together at back of head. Black Painted plaster with clear diamond type jewels lining tops of eyes. One large jewel on forehead between two cut out angled eyebrows. Ears have several attached diamond type jewels. Below nose three whiskers come out from each side centered with a black bead.
